To meet Covid-19 guidance the Shop is now running an order and delivery or collect system.
Whether you’re self-isolating or not, whether you’ve used us before or not, everyone is welcome to place an order for collection or delivery and we will do our best to help. We are happy to deliver to Tattingstone as well as Stutton. If you live in Holbrook we would prefer that you come and collect from us but if you are unable to do so we will do our best to get it to you.

We are doing our best to keep supplying our customers during these difficult times. Like many other shops we are running short of some items but will keep trying to restock. If any of our customers have to self-isolate and need shopping delivered, do ring your Patch Co-ordinator (not the shop) that was on the leaflet popped through your door and we will do our best - working with Stutton Support Network - to help out.
The Shop is on the B1080 Manningtree to Holbrook Road between Bentley Lane and the Gardener’s Arms pub at the western end of the village.
Bus Service No. 92 Ipswich / East Bergholt buses pass through the village regularly and there is a bus stop adjacent to the Hall and Shop car-park.

Wholefood supplies - Did you know that we stock quite a range of wholefoods, from Shire Foods, Suma Co-operative and Manningtree Wholefoods store? And we’re always willing to try and respond to requests.

Two views from our patio - we are very lucky to have this garden created and maintained by our wonderful volunteers.
We are a Community Interest Company - a company which is run for the benefit of the community and not for shareholders. Our assets can only be used to benefit the local community.

Did you know... ?
We are one of about 350 community shops in the UK
-
94% of community shops survive long-term - we opened (in a portacabin) in 2008
-
Community shops recruit an average of 30 volunteers for each shop - we have 54
-
Commercial village shops are closing at the rate of about 300-400 per year. About 22 community shops are opened each year
